There are several ways to handle your users and their authentication into the mail system. You can manage each account individually through a simple web interface, all your users can be "bulk imported" from a simple Excel spreadsheet or CSV file, or we can eve synchronize your email users with your existing Active Directory users through a secured LDAP connection that we can set up for you. And, like everything else related to SchoolDesk, the number of Email users and their Email storage is completely unlimited and completely archived indefinitely in order to far exceed all Federal and State archiving requirements.
